Marisol González Casas (born March 12, 1983 in Torreón, Coahuila, Mexico) competed in the Miss Universe 2003 pageant, held in Panama City, Panama on June 3, 2003.[1] Marisol is a sports reporter for Televisa Deportes.[2]

She made her debut as an actress in 2005 on the telenovela Contra viento y marea with Danna Paola.[3]

Personal life

Marisol was engaged to 21 year old "Canelo" Saúl Álvarez, an undefeated Mexican Boxing prospect in the Welterweight division.[4][5]
